Maharashtra SSC, HSC Exam 2021: Varsha Gaikwad appealed to radical not to autumn for misinformation regarding the cancellation of exams. 

New Delhi: Maharashtra School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad denied rumours regarding the cancellation of SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12) committee exams being circulated connected societal media. 

The "fake" tweet claimed that aft an exigency meeting, the authorities has reached a “common solution” and has decided to “cancel” the Board exams adding that students tin taxable assignments instead. 

Dismissing rumours astir the mendacious tweet, the Maharashtra School Education Minister tweeted, "Beware! I've got to cognize that immoderate morphed images of my twitter grip are being circulated to dispersed misinformation astir exams. Only spot accusation from authoritative handles and platforms. Please bash not autumn for immoderate benignant of misinformation."

On April 9, Gaikwad had said a determination on Class 10 and Class 12 committee exams will beryllium taken soon.  

Earlier, the Maharashtra Education Department had clarified that the HSC, SSC exams are going to beryllium held arsenic per the docket amid reports of cancellation of exams connected societal media. 

The Maharashtra Board Class 10, 12 Exams 2021 is scheduled to commence connected April 29 and 23, 2021, respectively.
